Sangh updates and knowledge to share

Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh USA (HSS) is a non-political, nonprofit, volunteer-based organization and is neither involved in nor does it support any kind of political activism. However, recently we came across certain media articles referring to HSS in connection with activities or events that HSS neither organized nor was involved with.

We try to notify the publishers of such articles requesting them to publish an erratum. However, it is beyond our volunteering capacity to find, contact, and make sure that such changes are made.

City of Irvine, CA thanked HSS and SEWA USA for the PPE kit donation and services. HSS volunteers donated PPE items to Irvine Police, Irvine Fire Dept and Huntington Beach City Fire Dept. This is part of the on-going larger drive of covering Doctors, Hospitals, Organizations, Temples, multiple City first responders, Hot meals to shelter home..etc.

WASHINGTON: A group of Hindu organisations in the US has launched an exclusive helpline to address the issues faced by thousands of Indian students amidst the unprecedented coronavirus crisis that has left a large number of them stranded and without accommodation.

The 'COVID-19 Student Support Network' helpline, 802-750-YUVA (9882), is a collective initiative of Hindu Yuva, Bharatiya, Vivekananda House and Sewa International.
