Surya Namaskar At Starpipe Houston

Surya Namaskar Yagna participation was formally launched today by employees of Starpipe Products in Houston. President Ramesh Bhutada and Vice President Navin Bhargava themselves performed 13 Suryanamaskar in the inaugurating session in the office sports hallpremises along with other employees. Rameshji lauded everyone’s participation and through his own example, encouraged everyone to participate in it with their family. ‘Only with Diet and exercise, I have recovered from 11 different ailments in last 12 months, without any medication’ said Rameshji.

A special session is arranged for new participant to learn the technique and the group plans to cross 5000 Surya Namaskar during this campaign between 16^th and 30^th January.
