SNY At USC, CA

Surya Namaskar Yogathon was held at University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Event was organized jointly by Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh and Association of Indian Students(AIS) at USC. Total Sankhya was 24.

Kailash gajara, president of AIS welcomed all and expressed his happiness about working with HSS. After that Balu ji gave a brief description about Surya Namaskar and also about Shakha and how we practise it in Shakha. After that 15 min documentary was shown on Surya Namaskar . After the documentary the video of Surya Namaskar demo was played  and everyone did together on the tune of Aaruni. At the end everyone gave their count. It was amazing to see even first timers doing three sets continously.our Vibhag SNY Coordinator Raju ji was also present. Two Swayamsevaks came to contact through the event as email was sent to all students by AIS with the our HSS website link.

Overall the event went really well. After the Yogathon a small baithak of all Swayamsevaks who gave
