Today about 3 hours back we completed 24-Hours Yogathon for PA-DE vibhag.Sevak -Sevikas from Srikrishna shakha & Meera Shakha participated actively in this Yogathon.Yogathon kicked off at 7:00 PM on Friday,30th and ended at 7:00 PM on Sat,31st Jan.
There were 47 participants(21 Sevikas & 26 Sevaks) who all did a total of 8866 (Total 682 sets) Surya namaskars. In spite of frigid weather conditions,overall this unique event was fun and filled with lot of energy.Big AUM…… to all the participants..

Our special mention and really big AUM goes to our Kishor Kartyakarta and Mukhya Shikshak(Meera Shakha) Shashidhar MassiReddy.He has completed 1599 Surya Namaskars (Total 123 sets) alone.He just slept for around 3 hours during 24 hrs Yogathon to achieve this extraordinary milestone.

24 hrs Yogathon ended with Shashi Ji singing the ending shloka and shanti mantra. We concluded the marathon with a nice dinner.
