The Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh, USA, joins thousands of devotees and others globally, in expressing their deepest condolences at the passing away of Sathya Sri Sai Baba on April 24, 2011 at Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Pujya Sri Sai Baba will be remembered for his spiritual teachings to
hundreds of thousands of his devotees from all walks of life and from
all faiths. Not only he said, "Service is the highest spiritual
discipline", but also he brought his words in to life long action by providing
education, health care, safe drinking water and many other basic needs,
to the needy in the society.
In his passing away, we have lost a great spiritual leader and an ardent exponent of the Hindu culture of our time. May the Almighty grant a ‘sathgati’ to the departed soul.
