HSS starts new chapter at Michigan Tech, Houghton! |

 On November 7, 2010, HSS volunteers conducted first ever sangh event in Michigan Tech, by celebrating Indian festival of Diwali. The event was titled “Diwali Prabhat”. Nearly 70 students and faculty members attend the program. The program began at 8.00pm with “Laxmi Pooja” and iteration of “Sri-Sookta”, followed by “Sarawati- Vandana”. Among other things, HSS's volunteers also conducted classical musical program and poem reading session. The program concluded by a message from Nikhil Ajotikar explaining the goals and objective of HSS.
